This product is being prepared based on the secret recipe of the Lavranos family. Beef marinated in spices and herbs, cultivated on the island of Corfu. . Our patience towards the maturation time of meat products as well as the microclimate existing in several areas of Corfu contribute to noumboulo’s essential maturation, which then is being smoked with oak wood and aromatic plants.
